We excel in providing drinks management to all sorts of functions, wedding celebrations, corporate events, and other parties.

Welcome to Stirrers & Shakers where innovation meets mixology.


I am Tola Ogunniyi, renowned in the event industry as Tola Cocktails, and I proudly serve as the Managing Director of Stirrers & Shakers Mobile Cocktail Bar Ltd.


Although I initially pursued a career in law, my journey led me to exchange the courtroom bar for the cocktail bar, a decision fueled by my deep love for mixology. What began as a hobby evolved into a profound passion for the art of blending flavors, designing drinks, exploring sensory colors, and embracing the boundless possibilities inherent in creativity. Today, mixing drinks is not just an occupation for me; it's a career born out of genuine enthusiasm.


Around 2010, a pivotal moment led me to recognize a gap in the market. Events often featured limited drink options, lacking that extra special touch to elevate the experience. Stirrers & Shakers was born from the desire to bring a "Wow" factor to events, ensuring each occasion reaches new heights of distinction.



People often inquire about the origin of our name. The inspiration came from a thoughtful gift – a book titled "Shake & Stir." This unexpected gesture ignited the spark that would become the foundation of Stirrers & Shakers.

The Team

Stirrers Events 

Is a dynamic, fast-growing in hospitality, catering and event planning, staffing agency in London. We supplying high-calibre, personable staff for private parties, corporate events and corporate hospitality.

All our staff have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality and have been working for top catering and events companies, restaurants, bars and hotels. During weekends and e We only employ people who have a can-do attitude and great attention to detail, work with a smile and speak fluent English.

Our team

They are they most enthusiastic people you would ever meet with great love for what they do, they put their hearts to it and ensure that you get the best services. We are in your team. We don’t dominate your party but compliment you and Yeah we do have an awesome party team!!


Administrative Support Team

These are the people you will meet first. They have a passion for catering to your enquires and event requirement. They have vital experience and expertise in guiding you from your initial call. They will assist with correspondence, keep records, make appointments, invoices and basic accounting.


Coordinator

Manages your event from call to cocktail, they will also be your consultant as well as event coordinators for the day of your event. They cover all the legalities and are recognised by the Uk government under the licensing, sale and consumption of alcohol, The law and policy governing this area is overseen by the Home Office. They are authorised to serve alcohol and have public liability of up to 5M GBP to ensure your peace of mind. They may also help you secure a licence for your premises if you don't already have one. Our Bar Coordinator will supply you with all the resources you need to ensure a fully functioning bar at any venue or location you pick and would also equip other members of your teem with all the tools that they need to get the job done. Mixologist  

Experts in the art of mixing cocktails to perfection, this person formulates and creates. Has expert knowledge of spirits alcohol beverages behind the bar, All in all, a mixologist is a bartender who specialises in the creation and execution of cocktails. Hire Here


Bartenders

The all round good guys who serve your drinks! He represent all aspects of our craft. He is the person that works and tends to guests behind a bar. A bartender can be a mixologist, but a mixologist doesn’t necessarily need to be a bartender. Hire Here


Bar Backs | Runners | Bar Maids

Every good bartender needs a bar back, they help keep the bar fully stocked and running smoothly. These are our bartender's assistant to ensure they have supplies to keep the service moving swiftly. The helpers that keeps guest smiling making sure the bartenders job run smoothly. Hire Here


Table Waiters 

Waiting staff, waitstaff, waiters/waitresses, they are those guys that will attendant to, serves your guests at their tables and also clear up after them, they would also run errands that are related to drinks in your reception hall. They are describes as someone who waits for somebody or something; a person who is waiting. Our bartenders are not waiters and may not be able to take drinks to guests at their tables

The recommended numbers is 1 waiter to 50 guests. If you are not able to hire enough waiters, the duties of a waiter will be reduced to a server only who can only serve guests from the bar and not wait on them at tables. Hire Here


Servers

Servers ensure guest have access to drinks when needed but they will not be able to wait on them nor clear up after the guest, guest will need to be proactive in getting drinks themselves. HIre Here


After Party Clearer

These team comes after your event to clear out everything left behind by your guest. Many venue requires that you leave the premises in the state that you find it after your event, apart form hovering, they may require that you take all the rubbish and dispose them in a place they have allocated or to take the rubbish with you, depending on the situation, we can provide you with either service. All our staff are trained in-house and dedicated to their duties. They work as a team and undertake their duties with enthusiasm and professionalism. Our staff come smartly dressed in black shirts and bottoms with tie, waistcoat or apron… but for a dress down appeal we also have them dresses in beautiful t-shirts and suspenders.
