It takes an average of 2 hours to set up for your event depending on the number of guests. That process starts with setting up and decorating the drinks table area, after that we start to mix the drinks and display it for your guest to arrive. This is included in our time of service of set up and breakdown.

Yes you can, however you may still need to hire the bar management team because the waiters are not experts in organiging and managing. If you hire just wiaters from us, you will need to supervise the flow of service.
Also they do not come with any tools or equipments to facilitate the flow and the process of events. Thay are there to take orders, so you may need to supervice they on how you want your event to flow.

Yes, we do put the cost of alcohol into consideration, however, it does not make a lot of difference to the cost. There are many factors that relates to cost and the main cost is not associated with the alcohol, it is with the service we are providing, logistics, staff, equipments/ tools, time and many other factors. Alcohol consumption is the least relevant factors.
Yes, we may put that into consideration but that does not affect the cost of service and it does not make a difference to the cost. There are many otherfactors that relates to cost and the main cost is not associated with how many types of drinks you choose. It is with the service we are providing, logistics, staff, equipments/ tools, time and many other factors.
To illustrate, say you wanted us to provide just coke for 10 people. And some one else wanted us to provide coke, diet coke, coke zero for 10 people, The relevant cost here is not whether they are drinking just coke but but on the number of people drinking and how long they are drinking for, who will serve it etc
