Table Drinks
After guests have transitioned from the welcome drinks area to their seats in the dining room, they eagerly await the commencement of the program and the grand entrance of the bride and groom. In this interim period, when guests may still be acquainting themselves with the layout of the wedding hall, providing essential items at their tables becomes a thoughtful gesture. A selection of basic drinks, including bottled water, refreshing orange or apple juice, and, in accordance with certain cultural preferences, wine, is discreetly arranged by our attentive bar team. This ensures that guests have easy access to beverages, even if they haven't yet located the bar, allowing them to comfortably settle into the celebratory atmosphere as they await the unfolding festivities.

Dinner Service
Our table service marks the culmination of our third of the four-tiered hospitality experience. During this stage, as guests savoy their meal or partake in the wedding breakfast—whether it's through buffet, bowl service, or Lazy Susan—we extend the refinement by introducing a unique touch. Our dedicated staff, especially appointed for table service, gracefully move from table to table, enhancing the dining experience.
With our exquisite drinks trolley in tow, our attentive team ensures that guests are provided with an array of options. From a selection of beers to soft drinks, fizzy beverages, wines, malt drinks, J2O, and other assorted varieties in your collection, our table service brings the bar to the guests. This personal touch allows them to seamlessly enjoy their chosen beverages without interruption, contributing to the overall elegance and enjoyment of the celebratory feast.
Open Bar
After Party Open Bar is the evening service where guests are able to access drinks at your wedding bar the same way they would do at any London hotel or restaurant bar (If your venue does not have their own bar you may choose to hire one from us).
This is the time bar is opened for all guests and they can then come to request whatever drink they would like giving then options of cocktails or any drinks you have pre approved. Fun cocktail mixing moments in giant martini glasses also works around this time. You can provide your preferred spirits brands or you can instruct us to supply that for you.

Our Bar Management Team ensures your drinks service runs smoothly from start to finish. The team is made up of different roles that work together seamlessly, but each role carries its own responsibility and cost.
+ Bar Coordinator
This is management for your event, team lead and the one who overseeing and managing your entire vision. Bar Coordinator performs lead role within a Bar Management team and would need other members. The person who oversees your entire drinks vision and ensures a seamless service from start to finish. Their responsibilities include:
- Planning & Guidance: Providing you with a detailed shopping guide for your event. Reviewing inventory and ensuring all drinks and essentials are accounted for.
- Staff & Service Coordination: Managing and coordinating all drinks-related staff, including waiters, bartenders, mixologists, and bar management team members. Ensuring efficient teamwork and smooth flow of service throughout the event.
- Set-Up & Operations: Overseeing the bar set-up, layout, and service points to ensure efficient drinks flow. Providing all necessary bar tools and equipment for high-quality delivery.
- Compliance & Venue Liaison: Acting as the main contact with the venue regarding bar-related logistics and legal requirements. Ensuring licensed staff are in place and alcohol service complies with regulations.
- Guest Experience: Making sure drinks are served seamlessly from guest arrival through to the end of the event. Maintaining high service standards and a polished bar environment

-Bartenders
The all round good guys who serve your drinks representing all aspects of our craft. He is the person that works and tends to guests behind a bar. A bartender can be a mixologist, but a mixologist doesn’t necessarily need to be a bartender. The helpers that keeps guest smiling making sure the bartenders job run smoothly, they pick up orders for your guest and ensure that they are satisfied. They have a range of duties, including administrative, leadership and practical tasks. Their main function is to ensure that they serve and run the bar efficiently and that the guests has the best possible experience. They are also responsible for the success and development of other staff that have any duties relating to the bar.
-Bar Backs
They are also known as runners or bar staff.
Every good bartender needs a bar back, they help keep the bar fully stocked and running smoothly. These are our bartender's assistant to ensure they have supplies to keep it moving.
Each of these roles is essential to creating a high-standard bar experience. While the Bar Coordinator provides the leadership and structure, bartenders, mixologists, and waiting staff are booked in addition to the Coordinator and charged separately depending on your event needs.
-Mixologist
Experts in the art of mixing cocktails to perfection, this person formulates and creates. Has expert knowledge of spirits alcohol beverages behind the bar, our mixologists deliver the creative and interactive element of your bar experience.. All in all, a mixologist is a bartender who specialises in the creation and execution of cocktails

What is the Bar Manager or Coordinators responsible for?
The Bar Manager oversees smooth operations, compliance, and logistics:
- Monitoring beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock.
- Creating a detailed shopping list tailored to guest numbers.
- Supervising cleanliness of staff and bar areas.
- Providing equipment and tools for a fully functional bar environment.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative regulations and company policy.
- Checking deliveries for accuracy and product quality.
- Storing stock properly and maintaining temperature control records.
- Managing stock levels, security, and reporting issues promptly.
- Ensuring alcohol service follows regulations and unit limits.

The exclusive duties assigned to the Bar Management Team are below
The team covers everything required to run a fully functional, high-standard bar at your event. It includes most importantly a dedicated Bar coordinator who understands your requirement and who will ensure that your bar team work effectively to fulfil the event tasks. Depending on the nature and size of your event, this person will need other members above to fulfil this task.
- Pre-Event Preparation
Creating a detailed drinks list to fully stock the bar.
Managing inventory and supervising stock throughout the event.
Preparing drinks before guest arrival (sorting, arranging, icing).
Assisting with setting essential drinks on guest tables (Water, 2 juices, Wine, Fruit Wine).
- Bar Tools & Accessories
Supplying all heavy bar tools and equipment (blenders, shakers, etc.).
Providing bar accessories such as drink openers, straws, ice buckets, scoops, and trays.
Supplying cocktail essentials like syrups and garnishes.
- Guest Experience
Creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the bar.
Taking drink orders and assisting guests with menu choices.
Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to specification.
Keeping the bar clean and tidy during service and upon exit.
- Additional Support
Assisting waiters with drinks service on tables (where staffing allows).
Removing leftover drinks from the bar or handing them over to the designated person.
This team is stationed at your bar station or drinks central through out the day from the cocktail reception, dinner as well as open bar.
Their duties will usually begin about 2 hours before the guests arrive to sort our the inventory that have been purchased by you and organise the bar area (Drinks should be delivered to the bar upon arrival for duties)
Following this they organise the categories and drink, quantities to ensure that it will last for the whole program of the day and that they do not run low on items.
They will then ensure that drinks are in the proper temperature. We do not rely on a refrigerating system for this have our own chillers to ensure temperature control. How ever drinks can also be delivered into a walk in fridge at the venue if there is one.
Next they sort out what drinks goes on the tables and what should be requested from the bar
If your have hired waiters they will then manage that staffing section and organise their duties to ensure the flow of drinks and economy of scale
We would ensure that the bar area is left in the manner we were handed over to by you and the venue. Handling all left over drinks to your designated representative.
What do Waiting Staff do?
Waiting staff have addition duties and are separate from bar staff. They are focused on guest care at the tables, their responsibilities include:
- Assisting guests throughout the event by taking drinks-related requests.
- Serving drinks from the bar directly to tables continuously.
- Clearing bottles, cans, and leftover drinks to keep guest tables clutter-free.
- Operating drinks carts or mini-bars on wheels (if provided) during meal service.
